Cheers To The Weekend
Ugh you guys I can't believe it is Monday already. I feel like I could use another two days off, but I must admit this weekend was full of everything I love.
Time with my love, family good food and shopping! If I had to describe this weekend in one word it would be Perfection. Of course I could always use more time in my bed but I didn't want to waste any of the three days off I had. I even was able to get some work outs in on every day but Sunday = D
Sometimes I feel guilty because I probably could've spent more time preparing my blogs than I do on the weekends but sometimes I feel like those are the days I can take a step away and either enjoy my day or spend time with family and friends. I also hate to have my entire life planned out hour by hour [I might actually need some plans in my life].
My normal routine is to post on a daily because that is how my inspirations come, but I want to get out of that and I want to prepare post then tweak them as needed on a daily. I know sometimes you have a post ready but something happens and you need to change things up and I am fine with that I just don't want something to happen and I have no post to go up.
My weekends I normally like to spend relaxing because it is so hard to sit in the corner while everyone is enjoying the pool or the sun and you are in a hole just sitting there like a hermit crab working on a blog post. Maybe planning would help me in this situation. LOL.
I spent part of this weekend trying to design a newsletter and figure out what exactly I wanted on it. I am also thinking about a new business venture that I have been wanting to get going. I have this plan of being my own boss and working for myself. I know there is a lot that goes into that but I am willing to make it work. Plus we still have to figure out all of this baby stuff too and being home is where I want to be when we finally bring our little one into the world.
What did you do this weekend? I would love to hear in the comments or find you on social media.
